Schools and enterprises work together to cultivate talents! 140 students from Henan University of Science and Technology visited Luoyang Tianjiu Technology Co., Ltd. to explore the practical experience

When youthful curiosity meets cutting-edge industry practice, a unique "career enlightenment course" unfolds at Luoyang Tianjiu Technology Co., Ltd. At 9:00 AM on September 4, 2025, 140 students from Henan University of Science and Technology, filled with curiosity and aspirations for the industry, visited our company for a visit and study tour. They experienced the pulse of the industry through immersive experiences and built a bridge between theory and practice through in-depth discussions.

Led by a tour guide, the students first visited the company's exhibition hall. From the development history wall to the showcase of core technological achievements, and then to the display area of honors and qualifications, each detail bore the mark of the company's growth, providing a comprehensive understanding of Tianjiu Technology's journey in the kitchenware industry.

In the production workshops and R&D center, the students' curiosity was fully piqued. Technical experts, dressed in uniform, patiently demonstrated the key points of each process and, using real-world examples, vividly explained the development trends of the export kitchenware industry—the key milestones in the transition from traditional manufacturing to "smart + green" manufacturing—as well as the company's talent requirements for positions such as material research and development, intelligent manufacturing, and product design. 

This visit from students from Henan University of Science and Technology is another example of Tianjiu Technology deepening its collaborative education efforts between universities and enterprises. Going forward, we will continue to build high-quality platforms, promote industry-university-research integration in diverse forms, contribute to cultivating more high-caliber talent that can adapt to the needs of industrial development, and allow more young people's dreams to blossom in the fertile soil of practice!
